GUIDE TO USING Assemble

register a team on assemble

This is for full team registrations. 

  • Juniors full team registration is a minimum of 10 players. 
  • Seniors:  full team registration is a minimum of 11 players. 
  • Teams will be allocated into the competition once all players have registered and made payment.
  • A team’s place will not be guaranteed until all payments are finalised.
  • Please do not register until all players are in a position to register and pay.
  • Any player that did not register in Winter must select the NSW Oztag Membership and add this to the cart to be able to proceed with the registration.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

For players who do not have a team and would like ACT Oztag to allocate you to a team. 

  • If teams come forward requiring additional players, we allocate from the individual player registrations.
  • If ACT Oztag receive enough individual player registrations in the same age division at the same venue, we create a team of individual players.
  • When a team of individual player registrations is created, ACT Oztag rely on a volunteer to be the coach/manager of the team. 
  • Once nominations have closed, or are full, ACT Oztag begin allocating Individual player’s into teams. 
  • Once a position is found, ACT Oztag will email you the team contact information. 
  • If ACT Oztag do not find a team for you to join, you will be provided with a full refund. 
  • Players may not hear about a position until at least 1 week prior to the season commencing. 
  • If you have friends registering as INDIVIDUAL players that you wish to play with, please include their name/s when completing the registration online. 

 

  1. Sign into or create an Assemble account.
  2. Click on in the I would like to drop down “Join a Team”.
  3. Select the team that has the venue you wish to play and the word “INDIVIDUALS” as the team name.
  4. All players who did not play Winter, must select the NSW Oztag Membership and add this to the cart to be able to proceed with the registration. 

ACT Oztag will then be in contact closer towards the start date of the competition with further details regarding a team placement.
