REPRESENTATIVE COACHING APPLICATIONS

We are currently seeking several skilled and enthusiastic Oztag Coaches to join our team. As a Coach, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds and provide guidance and support to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with players and parents, and a strong understanding of Oztag coaching principles and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
- Level 2 Oztag Coaching Accreditation.
- Current WWVP card.
- Experience as a Coach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with players and parents.
- Strong understanding of Oztag coaching principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple players and tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct coaching sessions with individuals to help them identify their goals.
- Provide guidance and support to help players improve their performance, develop new skills, and achieve their desired outcomes.
- Create and implement coaching programs tailored to the specific needs of the team.
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to players to help them grow and improve.
- Stay up to date with coaching best practices and professional development opportunities.
